My story, Who I am and
How I got here

I’ve been a seeker my whole life, following in my father’s footsteps. Seeking the truth, seeking growth, seeking spiritual enlightenment, and seeking to help others. I discovered that when you are a seeker, you are often given challenges so that you can grow and so that you can discover that the answers you’ve been seeking have always been inside of you.

I’ve lived a life full of joy, challenges, discoveries, and transformation. I was the youngest of 4 children and the one my mother was always the hardest on, perhaps that’s why my father and I became so close. I still had a wonderful and fairly easy childhood until I became a teenager. At that point, I became a challenge for my parents.

Later I would face my own challenges, being a single mom at 18 with one child, a single mom again at 21 with two children, going through the death of two babies a little over a year apart, and then becoming a single mom again at 35 with 5 children, having adopted two beautiful little baby girls. Three marriages and three divorces.

The whole time seeking education, transformation, and spiritual growth, I came through that life with a huge amount of knowledge and skills and knew that I could use all my experiences and all my knowledge to help others.

I was a high school teacher for pregnant teens and teen parents and also taught Family Health, I owned a corporation with two Maternity Shops, I became a Senior Seminar Leader with Landmark Education (not an easy feat), I then went on to become a Corporate Trainer, traveling the world and working with all levels of employees from bottom to top in small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. I also started a non-profit Adoption Center doing Open Independent adoptions, creating a program of counseling and support for Birth Parents and Adoptive Parents to have loving adoptions. I have a Bachelor’s Degree and a teaching credential and I’m a licensed Spiritual Counselor through the Centers For Spiritual Living (CSL).

When I retired, I bought an RV and traveled around the US for 6 years. Then, having the desire to put down roots, I set my sights on Living in Costa Rica, which is where I am right now.

I realized that I could sit down and “retire” and fade away or I could continue to make a difference for others. I knew I still had a lot to teach, train, guide, coach, and support others in living a life they loved, in moving past blocks, barriers, and limiting beliefs, in designing their amazing life, and understanding their worth and their strength.

I am doing this through my blog, my book I am writing, Angel Babies Forever, through transformational coaching and courses, and through transformational retreats here in Costa Rica.
